Easy Flow

Easy flows start on the floor, warming and opening the body. As the heat builds, we move into standing postures, creating a strong foundation, and deep focus. Followed by forward folds for the cool down, and a yummy guided savasana meditation.

All Level Flow

In these classes I introduce different breathing techniques, proper alignment, and inversion practice. This class is centered around the breath and learning how to incorporate the inhales and exhales with the poses.

Gentle Therapeutics

Bolsters, straps, blocks, a blanket(or2), and a mat. This class is the go to for injury, headaches, high/low blood pressure, aches & pains, and mindful resting. Movements are slow, gentle, and supported.

Open Heart Classes

These classes are centered around backbends. Focusing on the throat chakra, thoracic spine, and third eye.

One of the most notable benefits of backbending is relief of anxiety and stress, while at the same time, energizing the body. Backbends increase the bodies resilience, maintain youth, and help chronic back pain.
