Classes

The young, the old, the extremely aged, even the sick and the infirm obtain perfection in yoga by constant practice.”

B.K.S. Iyengar, Light On Yoga.

Private Classes

These classes are all about you and your personal needs. Unlike basic classes, private lessons are a one on one experience with clear instruction and a deep focus on the journey within.

With personalized programming each class caters directly to the individual students goals. Classes are centered around proper alignment, discipline and renewal. Private instruction allows one to take their yoga practice to the next level by concentrating on all aspects of the practice. Together we will delve deeper into the art of movement, meditation, breath, and the study of Self.

Beginner students can feel overwhelmed in studio class settings, particularly in those first few classes. It can seem difficult to keep up and not all poses may be available to the practitioner, leaving them feeling insecure and uninterested in the practice.

In-home classes allow beginner students to feel comfortable, which in turn, allows them to release themselves of expectations, creating space to deepen their yoga experience.
